1. How to delete Meesho account by calling customer care
- Open the Meesho app on your phone, click on Account and then on Help Centre.
- Click on Browse All Help Topics.
- You will see an option called Can't Find Issue.
- Click on My Issue is Not Listed Anywhere, What Should I do.
- Click on Call Me Back.
- Enter your phone number or any number you want Meesho customer care to call you on.
- Select your preferred language - Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu etc.
- Click Select to Continue.
- Meesho customer care will call you back in 5 minutes. Tell them you want to delete your Meesho account. They will ask you the reason for deleting the account. Give any reason and your account will be closed.
2. How to delete account via Meesho Chat
- In the Meesho app Help Center, open the option My issue is Not Listed Anywhere.
- Click on Chat With Us.
- Select chat language.
- Click on My Issue and then I Have Some General Query.
- When you get a message from Meesho customer care, type "I Want to Delete My Meesho Account" and click Send.
- All instructions to delete account via chat will be provided.
