Remove Everything – Use this option to delete all your PC's settings, apps, and files. All the files you have stored on the PC will be deleted.
You need to click on Remove Everything.
The Reset process will now start. It can take some time depending on how many files are there on your computer. More the files, more time the Resetting process will take.
How To Reset Computer (Windows Reinstall)
Reinstalling Windows also fixes the computer hang issue and resets the laptop when you install the new Windows in the system. To do this, you first need to format the C drive and this deletes all the apps and software on your PC. To install new Windows operating system, you need to have Windows DVD or Bootable Pendrive. Only then you can boot your system.
- Insert Windows DVD or Bootable Pendrive in the computer.
- Now restart the laptop.

- After selecting the Local Disk C Drive, click Next.
- Windows installation will now begin. Once the processing is complete, Windows will be fully installed.
- Complete the Windows settings and your PC will start.
